Would you like to cancel a contract concluded online?

On this page, you can easily submit your cancellation/withdrawal declaration to us electronically. No login to a customer account is required.

You may also declare your cancellation in another way, for example by email or letter. What matters is that your declaration clearly indicates that you wish to cancel the contract.

What happens after submission?

After submitting it, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided.

The confirmation of receipt only confirms that we have received your cancellation declaration. We will separately assess whether a statutory right of cancellation exists and whether the cancellation period was observed.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For goods, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In the case of multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of cancellation online at https://bolter-socks.com/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of the cancellation declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of cancellation expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

General Information

1. Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, together with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.

3. Please note that the above items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
